CATTLEYA MAXIMA TOUR (Double room)

Explore the ecosystems where one of Ecuador’s most iconic orchids grows: Cattleya maxima . This tour combines nature, culture, and history, traversing the coast, the Andes, and the southern Amazon to discover some of the most important habitats for this species.

During the trip, we will visit Cajas National Park, Cuenca, Gualaceo, El Pangui, Podocarpus National Park, and the dry areas of Catamayo and Sozoranga, where we can observe the Cattleya maxima in its natural habitat. We will also visit the Ecuagenera nurseries and botanical gardens, internationally renowned for their collections of orchids and tropical plants. The tour concludes with a visit to the Ingapirca Ruins, allowing us to discover part of Ecuador’s cultural and archaeological heritage while enjoying some of the country’s most spectacular landscapes.
